The “Park Police” officer then watches them, then another ... except, apparently, when all four of the officers were over on the other street on the other side of the car and nobody was left with them ... which makes no sense of course - particularly since the guy is actually the one the store clerk said is the person that actually attempted to pass a counterfeit bill that they “caught” and the owner of the store knew Floyd.
