Counter Protest: There was a “Protest” in the pouring rain here on Sunday. Nothing big (It’s a small town). It is reported that about 100 people showed up to virtue signal on Main Street near the police station for an hour or so.
Mrs. C and I decided to buy lunch for the police department today. (To be clear, I’m talking about less than a dozen people total including support staff).
I am certain that everyone here is as disgusted as we are with the rioters and the ridiculous defund the police nonsense. It was the least we could do to show our support for our local PD.
