I lost track of a 20 second video clip of Reagan somewhere in Twitter.

This 2 minute Youtube video shows black and white footage of Reagan grappling with rioting at UC Berkeley. Since I don't recall what "really" happened there, and don't want to rely on the MSM version of the street confrontations here, I am just going to cue the video up to the last 20 seconds or so.

This is the part that was in the Twitter video clip I lost, wherein Reagan addresses University staff, reacting incredulously when they whined that he hadn't given time for negotiations and pointing to the root of the problem (University's social justice indoctrination).
