She is the black mayor of DC....and evidently she has a relationship with a woman and she (they?) adopted a baby in 2018.
Biden will get a lot more in a VP package like that if she is his choice.

BTW, Mayor Muriel just officially changed a street name in DC to "Black Lives Matter Plaza".
It's the section of 16th street in front of the White House.
