I don’t know what EAM is ... “Enterprise Asset Management” first came to mind (I’m a tech guy lol) but it doesn’t fit here ... I did a search and didn’t come up with anything ready. RED1 & RED2 have been semi discussed as preceding use of presidential alerts ... TBD + WWG1WGA :)

I believe it’s Emergency Action Message Loyalists: then it seemed to be instructions for various actions. But why would Q put this out, seems like it would be close hold?

I don’t know what EAM is ...

****

Emergency Action Message.

#4413 reads to me like a call to arms.

#4414 reads to me like an ‘if - then’ set of pre-planned responses.

If this, then do as planned Red#.

Like a distributed warning order to prepare and final go order on plan as set.

Castle_Rock, in both those drops reads to me as go-order code phrase.

It may well be that some of the mil comms for orders distribution may be compromised. So broadcast it on the board where the people concerned keep watch for such.

EAM - as I recall is an Emergency Action Message.

There are a few that I still remember: Broken Arrow for example is a lost or stolen Nuc.

There are a few others that are Nuclear/Biologic/Chem weapons related that I remember from 20 years back, but I’m sure there are even more that are specific to other types of incidents that I wasn’t privy to.

It’s a broadcast message to military and associated govt units.
