The part in the letter that says, "the national guard is operating under the authority of the state" after Trump stated he wants to administer the insurrection act which federalizes the national army. The president has that right to take charge of the national guard.

Yes, the President has that right, but he has not yet ordered that.

Everybody beyond the trees is whining because they haven't had the pleasure of seeing some derps frog-marched. Low-IQ, drunken slugs, the lot of them.

Here on the Q threads, people have had the opportunity to learn the magnitude of the opposition, the many decades of planning and organization that has gone into this insurrection, and they/we should have some grasp on the level of effort that is and will continue to be required to save the world.

xone THANK YOU! That is great information. I agree with you that at present time the guard is under Title 32 (under state authority.) My question is did the president ASK for Active/Reserves on AD are Title 10? This part I have no answer other then hear say.

meadsjn "he has not yet ordered that"

I hope you're right. I'm only going by the word of two reporters i heard. Which both are "usually" correct. Both using "their source" which means nothing to me.
The letter that went out by General Milley suggests there is something unusual is taking place. It's nerving to think the military might disobey such a basic order.
