Apple should remotely activate the face camera on stolen iPhones and forward facial images and GPS coordinates to the police.

I watched the rioters with their iPhones and couldn't help to wonder if they are aware of all the metadata that is being collected. The time, place and identity is recorded (if they touch enable). Some even take their pictures while in the act.

Prosecution doesn't have to be immediate. Months down the road indictments can be made. What are they going to say. Someone cut my finger off and used the phone?
