Lately, Google has been giving me the following message—A LOT:
“It looks like there aren’t any great matches for your search”
Hey, Google, when I am searching for work-related items, I know what I am doing. I’m an intelligent, competent adult with a Ph.D. When I do those searches, I usually find what I am looking for. When I can’t, it is Google’s fault, not mine.
Whether I can find what I am looking for or not, I don’t need your arrogant, insulting message!! If you really believe that there are no great matches for my searches, perhaps you should hire me as a well-paid consultant to collaborate with you improve your search results.
No, I don’t code, and I can’t solve those problems you use to screen potential employees. But I know my own important medical/health related field, and if I work with your coders perhaps we can improve your results.
