Joe Biden said Monday that police -- if facing a threat from a person with "a knife or something" -- should be trained to “shoot ‘em in the leg instead of the heart,” amid five straight days of protest following the death of George Floyd.
“Instead of standing there and teaching a cop when there’s an unarmed person coming at ‘em with a knife or something, shoot ‘em in the leg instead of in the heart,” Biden said in an address to black community leaders in Wilmington, Del. (Emphasis added.)

Joe Biden is an urban cowboy, with little cognizance of the realities of direct confrontation of peace keeping officers with thugs of perilous intent.
Even “kneecapping” a thug does not necessarily stop him. Sheer inertia will carry the assailant quite some distance, even with a damaged leg. Plus it is a widely used form of torturing a victim subject to terroristic punishment.

That senile old fool has the audacity to criticize Trump for clearing the streets with tear gas to go across to the Church. He was worried about those “peaceful” protesters, who were so peaceful that they burned the church down the night before. They were asked 3 times to leave, and did not, so they were gassed. The old fool needs to put his shawl back on and go back to his basement, where he belongs. It was not a photo op, it was a clear message to an old fool like him, we will not quietly go in the night while you try to steal our country.
