I think it’s in 7mm or .300 magnum or ultra magnum. I’ve heard firsthand that 7mm was a favored round for some with WH duties in the past too FWIW

I think I’m incorrect, it not a Barrett. I’m seeing it on a mobile device. The flash suppressor got me and the fact my eyes are crap. How about a 338 Lapua? Whatever the caliber that dude means business.

Could be. WE only had a 7.62mm NATO (.308). They were built by the armorers with a Remington 700 receiver married to a match barrel. We used an Unertl scope and we were authorized to use deadly force to stop people from taking a picture of one.

You had to use a NATO round because you couldn't shoot an enemy combatant with anything else. They are designed not to expand too much or to fragment so that the person has a better chance of survival and not getting maimed too bad if you don't kill him outright. Them were the rules of war.
