If Black Lives Matter, where is the outrage for the Black retired Captain of St. Louis policeman-killed last night trying to stop looting at a pawn shop? Filmed and posted on social media last night as he lay dying to his last breath.A follow-up comment on a San Francisco Chronicle article on the riots noted that Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf didn't mention the Federal Protective Services officer, Dave Underwood, who was killed downtown. His life mattered too.
