I don’t know much about nuclear power but I do know that every nuclear power plant is built next to a large body of water which is necessary to cool the reactors. Does nuclear power need oxygen?

These will be used in one of the coldest environments known - dark areas of the Moon which reach -250C/-410F) - is that cold enough to cool a nuclear reactor for you? No need for oxygen

Didn’t you cover this in HS?
