Mike Erlandson, a former chairman of the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer Labor Party, said he watched with his 15-year-old daughter in Minnesota this week as a man spray-painted on a wall, “F--k the white people from the suburbs.”
“I do think that, particularly if this continues, the [congressional] districts like Dean Phillips’ district or Angie Craig’s district that right now I would say are relatively safe for the Democratic incumbent, could be very much in play,” he said. “Both of those districts will be decided in large part by suburban women voters, and it would be hard for me to imagine those people aren’t watching this scared, like everybody else, for their family and for their children.”
The president, who has repeatedly insisted he’ll win Minnesota in 2020, quickly seized on the chaos to revisit his criticisms of big-city Democratic leadership.
“I can’t stand back & watch this happen to a great American City, Minneapolis. A total lack of leadership. Either the very weak Radical Left Mayor, Jacob Frey, get his act together and bring the City under control, or I will send in the National Guard & get the job done right,” Trump tweeted Friday.
Trump’s reference to a “radical left mayor” was particularly resonant in Minnesota, whose political fault lines are felt deepest between the liberal Twin Cities and a sea of red in much of the surrounding farmland and on the Iron Range.
In 2016, Trump won 78 of the state’s 87 counties. Hillary Clinton’s narrow, 45,000-vote victory was powered by the population-rich Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
The chickens have come home to roost. Oh, I know, a lot of people have little or no comprehension of just what that phrase means.
Chickens are creatures of habit, and they may go foraging on the range during the day, but they return to the sleeping location (the roost, which in the wild, may be a particular grove of trees or whatever, or the racks within the chicken coop).
These young disciples of anarchy have been on college campuses, at least until the campus locations were closed earlier this year. So now, they are returning to the urban and suburban locations, restless and with a LOT of time on their hands, and maybe with a clandestine offer having been made to them, how would they like to become part of a “flash mob” to pop up at various locations throughout the United States. Blow off a little steam about the national lockdown, use some excuse about the seeming lack of empathy from the local governments, and some example like the demise of George Floyd as the ignition for a full-scale “protest”, which miraculously turned int a full blown riot, together with looting, arson and frontal assault on a police force ordered by the local government to “stand down”.
The whole objective would be to in some way delegitimize the Trump administration, and the Republican Senate majority in Congress.
I've known for a long time that this crap won't stop in the central business districts.

This country is at a turning point we are seeing riots in cities that had always avoided such shenanigans during sports celebrations or political protests.

Last night in Dallas a man was beat up on by a crowd hit in the head with rocks pummeled and beat across the head with repeatedly with a skateboard.
The whole thing was captured on Phone and uploaded to Twitter and there are plenty of leftists who support the attackers in their comments.
Yawn...I’m not holding my breath hoping the white hipster suburbanites wake up to the realization of who they elected....they are too naive and can’t believe the blue policies aren’t going to make a utopia for all...all the policies need is more money to implement reform....

Setting that aside, we have 50-plus years of public education since 1968 and the damage it has done to the fabric of America can not be overstated.
American institutions and our people have been absolutely destroyed by the public education system.
You need look no further than your TV to see tens of thousands of young, well-fed white liberals burning and looting cities and calling it good to know we are in deep, deep trouble.
Look on craigslist and see if you can identify the jobs that are hiring the thugs.
I’d like to believe this is true, but I had the displeasure yesterday of talking at length with two 30-something highly educated affluent suburban white women. (Both family members.) They really do believe that this is all Trump’s fault, that the looting and burning is being instigated by white supremacist agent provocateurs trying to make the protestors look bad, and yet at the same time they believe that the plight of the poor inner city blacks is so bad that it *justifies* any looting or burning that a black person might appear to be seen as doing.
Pretzel logic. I found it impossible to reason with either of them, because they’re both so highly maleducated that they’re capable of believing two diametrically opposed things at the same time and incapable of plain *reason*.

Saw a video yesterday of a black rioter saying, “We’re coming to the suburbs next. Then what you gonna do?”
The left sees this as a way to replace Trump. But sensible people see that it demands the reelection of Trump.

The police union, police chief and mayor of MPLS are specifically responsible for George Floyd’s death. They need held accountable.
