The George Floyd - Minneapolis video. Analysis and comments
and yet you think you know better than the lawyers with multiple years experience in this very area...
Confidence is not the same as competence.
“Will you let me know when you discover the actual cause of death?”
Per the ME, the cops actions “likely contributed to his death.”
Let me know when you acknowledge the obvious.

“”””””’ The facts speak for themselves.”””””””””””
You wouldn’t know a fact if it ran you over.
You saw a video. That’s it.
No witness statements, no statements from ambulance people, EMT’s, the police who were there, etc.
You have no cause of death. No toxicology report. No statements from medical experts.
But you have determined the cop intended to kill him.
I hope you are never on a jury. If the case involves something like unpaid parking tickets you will vote to give him the electric chair.

So it MIGHT have. It MAYBE did.
Do you have anything a bit more conclusive? Like actual facts?
Are you ok with just using guesses before you charge someone with murder?
“Are you ok with just using guesses before you charge someone with murder?”
I do not have the authority to charge someone with murder.
Don't be a pinhead. Your comment above and your lynching references do not promote credibility in your argument.
“Do you have anything a bit more conclusive? Like actual facts?”
Facts:
1. Cops used an unauthorized tactic which. likely contributed to the death.
2. Cops maintained the unauthorized pressure after subject became unconscious.
3. Cops maintained pressure even. after determining subject had no pulse.
4. Cops gave no medical assistance to the restrained subject, unconscious with no pulse.
I am still waiting for you to supply some actual facts. I shall wait.

That is an opinion.
Me: 1. Cops used an unauthorized tactic which. likely contributed to the death.
You: That is an opinion.
The are facts! Your. opinion is not backed by facts.
I WAS an officer of the court.
At least you are accepting these. facts!
2. Cops maintained the unauthorized pressure after subject became unconscious.
3. Cops maintained pressure even. after determining subject had no pulse.
4. Cops gave no medical assistance to the restrained subject, unconscious with no pulse.
I have provided plenty of facts. You choose to ignore. If you honestly suspect drug OD as the cause of death, tell us why the knee-on-neck cop and his rogue colleagues didn't render medical aid when the man was clearly in medical extremis. You also chose to ignore my question: What are the odds the MPD cops' medical aid kit carries Naloxone to treat potential opioid OD since 2018?

LIKELY contributed to death.
So maybe it did. That’s an opinion. How much did it contribute? Would he have died from the actual cause of death anyway?
Medical experts at a trial will argue about LIKELY endlessly. It did or it didn’t. What would the jury say to that?
I don’t know what killed him. At this point nobody does.
“I dont know what killed him. At this point nobody does.”

2. Cops maintained the unauthorized pressure after subject became unconscious.

” What would the jury say to that?”
Guilty!
youll hear from his lawyers..they are waiting for toxicology to come back...if theres heroin or cocaine there, this case is a wrap....never get a conviction....
“Would he have died from the actual cause of death anyway?”
You remind me of Cuomo talking about. the COVID deaths.
They are old. That is what old people do. Old people. die.
