Some are noticing the excitement surrounding events unfolding right now, and like someone at a bar getting close to the television set to see what everyone is shouting about, you want a quick description (e.g., "Hillary and Huma got into girl fight, the Secret Service pounced on Huma and together they rolled down the Capitol steps in a hair pulling, weapon brandishing brawl). If I’m correct about your interest(s), you don't want to be pointed in the direction of “the history of Q”; you just want to know why people in the local Q bar seem to be pointing at the TV set startled and then happy 'n loud about something.
The Q drops on Qmap.pub right now would not help you figure out what current events we think are important at the moment. We’ve gotten very serious Q drops intermittently – some just about a week ago; but many are educational. The purpose of the drops varies, even the audience for them changes (they aren't all meant for citizen patriots).
Larger themes take study or at least take more time than you are interested in spending trying to see what's on the TV at the bar that has us rowdy.
We've been patient only because we had no alternative. [Okay, we’ve complained a lot]. When Sessions was appointed in 2017, he was supposed to start the ball rolling with investigations and swamp draining but Comey/Rosenstein/Mueller put up a road block that cost us about two years of delays. (i.e., Patriots in our government were denied access to Trump/Russia hoax evidence because they were “captured” in the legal process conducted by Mueller.)
During those delays, Q drops helped bring us up to speed on large themes, re-oriented us to the international relationships (nothing like what is shown in the news, dangerously different in fact) and helped look for clues because almost all of what we were seeing in the news, social media and being told was intentionally false (sometimes dangerously so) and coordinated internationally.
The president's SOTU was the first time I saw the president signal that the “gloves were off”. The Mueller/Rosenstein blocade was over and the investigations into deep staters that had been kept in the background (MSM blackout and a DOJ that didn't leak) were gently bobbed to the surface, and the public education from the DOJ and Whitehouse became more focused than it has often been.
Several time already, we braced for releases of documents which didn't occur: sometimes the Deep State threw road blocks to halt release and sometimes Q was deceiving the Deep State into expending their ammunition (and exposing their strategy) too soon.
This week may hold key elements/actions (The Understatement of 2020) we've been looking forward to since Fall of 2017.
I don't have a list of Q drops that would orient a visitor to actions currently surfacing in Trump's tweets or DOJ content.
If you were to check Qmap.pub you might start with Q drops that just happen to be choice memes or video clips found in the wild which are particularly effective in shaking some people awake. We don't try to analyze them and I don't think you would find these interesting (e.g., Q4448).
Some Q drops are stray bits of information "helped along" in reaching the public. Q4383 helped confirm that CNN used modified footage of the movie World War III for use in fanning flames of panic regarding rioting (yep - they passed Hollywood movie footage off as actual news reportage covering the riots).
Q3602 is one of a few drops that helped spread the word that Deep State actors were using video game chat rooms like Star Wars Command to share information in order to avoid white hat intel agencies. There are examples of the Deep State using Tweets and Instagram to communicate, as well as a magazine photoshoot with James Comey wherein he insists on being photographed with his grandchildren’s Star Wars toy set (apparently signaling that their secret communications had been discovered by the good guys).
A word about the analysis you may find regarding Q drops: We don’t always agree but we try the best we can to understand them. Sometimes we receive clarifying information later which corrects our understanding.
Q1504 helps explain how the Deep State used gmail to communicate privately.
Q1149 details a tarmac meeting between Loretta Lynch and Hillary Clinton wherein LL was offered a Supreme Court seat occupied by Anton Scalia. Bill Clinton made a deal to get Hillary's emails out of exposure in exchange for Loretta Lynch becoming a Supreme Court justice once Scalia is killed (Q675). They intended to use Ruth Bader Ginsberg as a pawn in this plot.
Q2692 is kind of a progress report from February 2019 and it also points out those involved in Spygate were also involved in Hillary email. Sometimes we get these - updates on what's happening since the news blacks out this information.
Q4449 points out that Twitter is so desperate that they created a fake account for Anonymous, and Twitter is using that fake activist account to counter information provided by Q Anon accounts.
Q2072 offers info on a topic the forum loves to hate (us for).
Q1515 offers a partial list of the MSM organizations colluding with DNC and FBI.
Did you ever hear about this assassination attempt (there are others) on the president's life? Q2729 Not one word about a missile launch in Washington captured on public weather cameras; instead the news (and trolls) sneered that the photograph obviously shows a helicopter.
I doubt these are the kinds of drops you're looking for.
Perhaps you are interested in the bigger picture? A drop like Q2657 probably needs some prior study to help understand that Britain, Australia, New Zeeland and US (I'm missing one, there are 5 total) collaborated to share information needed to take down the President Trump and the US.
Q3916 explains the planning behind the riots in D.C. and throughout the US rather well (e.g., Richmond, VA 2nd amendment protests).
Q570 starting with the text "The 16 Year Plan To Destroy America" is big picture. Only Hillary didn't get her 8 years to finish the job. NK was going to help out with nuclear war. The Deep State tried that on Trump's watch. .
I don't know what kinds of info could interest you - but I've put some options here that I think I will try to work into something the next person to ask for "interesting" content might find useful. Sorry - I 've just never been asked before and "interesting" varies from person to person.
There are Twitter accounts that do not mention Q but follow Q content none the less, you might try following John Solomon and Sara Carter on Twitter. Carlos Osweda on Twitter is great - if he isn't banned and operating under another name again.
There's a video that the Deep Staters hate so much they are tormenting the author and it tends to get deleted. It describes the drastic shift in perception that a man experienced one he realized that there are layers and layers of deception beyond what is commonly understood, even by cynics.

I think there's a tendency for people to believe they "get" that CNN is FAKE NEWS. But usually there are few levels below that knowledge which they have not heard.
Covid-19 is more easily understood for anyone in or out of Q threads that understands the degree to which members of our sitting government are puppets of China and that Soros/Gates own the World Health Organization and the CDC.
