My pot roast foray turned out pretty good today.
I’m not sure if an 8” springform pan would fit but I ordered a 7” one through Amazon and it came with a pack of 50 paper liners, a steamer and an egg cooker all for around $20.
I think you are correct. We have an 8-quart Duo; I thought it was an 8-inch springform that I was looking for; but if it’s 7 inches, that explains why I haven’t found one in the thrift store.
