As fate would have it, the shelter just happened to be seeking a brave, street-smart kitty exactly like Sinatra. Suncoast had recently been contacted by a young woman, Kiley, who wanted to rescue a cat, but was having trouble finding a cat who wasnt spooked by the sound of her electric wheelchair.
They explained the troubles that they have had finding a cat, and I was determined to get them the right cat, Larissa recalled. So when she met Sinatra a sweet, street-smart cat who wasnt scared by the usual sounds that send felines running Larissa thought she might have found a perfect match.

Thought a nice story would be refreshing for a change. Heartwarming video.
I've got to talk my landlady into letting us have a pet.

What a wonderful story! Thank you for posting it.
As for your landlady, sweeten the pot. Offer to pay an additional $25 per month or so as a pet fee. She just might go for it.

Sure, she’s happy now. What about when the cat pushes
her wheel chair down the stairs!

Awww, that’s adorable. I almost cried. I love cats and dogs. Unfortunately, the rest of my family is allergic to cats.

I think you’re getting Sinatra the cat mixed up with Chuckie, that angry little Doll who made all those movies.

Good idea! My husband is allergic to cats, so he can be the one to take the dog out in Iowa winters. :-)

It’s why cat dolls aren’t allowed in my house.
They want to kill you too.
You know the cat wants to!
Then when nobody comes, it will feast.
At least it won’t be sucking the breath out of infants
like they do.

As nervous as a cat in a room full of electric wheelchairs?

LOL, that reminded of when my dad, who was in an electric scooter all the time, wanted a cat. He was a reckless scooter driver, to say the least. We said any cat he owned would learn to live on top of cabinets and bookcases.

From the pic of the cat, I hope the girl stays safe.
Seven years ago, I got a Firepoint Siamese for my youngest Son.
We named him, "Doom."
He looks just like this kittuh.
One fateful day, I went to close some curtains next to where Doom was sleeping in the Cat Tree.
I slightly touched Doom while doing this.....
.....and ended up, in the space of a half second, with several 8+ inch bleeding claw marks down my right arm.
Doom kittuh is a murdercat.
I hope Sinatra is better behaved.
Gotta run. Doom's calling for me...

I think youre getting Sinatra the cat mixed up with Chuckie, that angry little Doll who made all those movies.
Or he's confusing Sinatra with Toonces, the cat who could drive a car (poorly)!
