If it were anyone but cops they would have been arrested on the spot and held without bail.
Two of them sat on the legs of a man prone on the road who was also wearing handcuffs, a third knelt on his neck for 7-9 minutes even as passers-by shouted “Stop, you’re killing him!’ (and 2 1/2 minutes of that was after the man’s bowels involuntarily evacuated), and the fourth intervened to stop passersby from aiding the victim, and appears to be maneuvering to keep the incident from being filmed.
The one blocking the filming was previously the subject of an excessive force incident (payout $25k) for kicking a handcuffed teenager in the mouth, knocking out (tooth or teeth?)...

I supported justice in this case but looting a target and attacking and vandalizing the city AFTER the mayor has fired the officers involved and will have them brought up on charges is nothing more than a bunch of uncivilized ferals that aren’t put for justice but theft and looting like any other lynch mob.
