Nobody has threatened me in person but some of the local online groups are getting pretty out of control about it talking about ripping them off of people they see and about how we are “complying” with the government, etc. No, we are not.
I also think it’s weird to see people outside with them on. IMO this whole mess is a huge scam to hurt the President. The virus is real and might be dangerous to some but things are totally out of control. They need to leave people alone that have on a mask because they have no way of knowing why the person is wearing one and it’s actually none of their business. We haven’t been forced to wear them here. Some stores request it but don’t enforce it. I don’t understand the hate over people wearing one if they choose to for any reason.
I think you’re right about these guys trying to hurt POTUS.
What I hope happens soon is liability protection for the businesses opening up. That’s the issue imo.
It’s because some people see wearing masks as wearing the uniform of subversive, traitorous, globalist elements in the US and across the world that would bring this country down in order to usher in their one-world socialist utopia, one regulation at a time.
The vast majority of the mask-wearers know not what they do and that’s part of what’s so bothersome about it. They’re just obedient sheep who value some imaginary level of “safety” over freedom. They are enabling and assisting those who would, and already have in some cases, taken away that freedom.
You have no worse chance of dying of covid-19 than you do from the seasonal flu. If you weren’t wearing a mask before the democrats told you to, then you shouldn’t be wearing one now. It’s part of the problem, not of the solution.
And you’re the one who threatened to put a fist in the face of anyone who questioned your mask. You sound like a real live and let live kind of guy.
