Seriously, you need to go back and re-read the information on the website with an aim to CLEARLY & CORRECTLY understand what it is saying. No tracking chip is injected into the person. And the identity and GPS location of the person will not (and CAN NOT) be tracked. FReepers are smart...be smart and not gullible.
