Precisely. The constitution does not grant rights. It only specifically calls out what God Given rights the government does not have the authority to take away.
You know God grants you the right to do a thing if you can successfully do it. God grants you the right to choose to murder someone, but the constitution does not protect that right.
So it follows, that one must stand on God-given rights in the face of tyranny less or life, liberty and property be reduced to mere privileges.
Fear no man or his “laws” (rules).
