I haven’t tried that but will look into it. I just chew raw garlic. Admittedly, can be tough to get down, particularly if I’ve already had acidic food/drink that day, but I really do think it works. Last year, I picked up the flu from a family member. Chewed garlic and was over it in 2 days. Other family member (no garlic) had it for two weeks.
It is easier to ingest if an apple is eaten at the same time. One bite garlic, one bite apple. Chew together.
