I'd take "Mr. Q schluckt kein Adrenochrom" (literaly, "Mr. Q doesn't swallow any adrenochrome.") as insider shorthand for "Q has set 'himself' against the illuminati/bloodline families crowd." That works for those in the know. Others will probably not have enough familiarity to process its meaning.

The author may not be aware of the extensive research rigor that many anons have been applying as they pull back the wizards' curtain and take the red pill.
