Trump is hamstrung by the lack of support of his own party. No POTUS can battle Fake News, an opposition party in control of the House and an ongoing executive branch coup by himself. It’s that simple. At best he can tread water and that is what is happening.
But you can see the frustration. Does he use the power or not, because if we are only going to tread water, we are so screwed. Eventually we all drown.
