Current Boeing mantra in wake of their upper management priorities which include being diverse as possible and outsourcing:

"If its Boeing, you're going".

It says a lot that even with that, there are a lot of people (myself included) who have a greater trust in Boeing than nearly any other passenger plane.

Everyone has preferences. I used to shudder when I saw my plane was going to be a DC-10.

I just had a bad feeling about those planes.
