Since they no longer represent Flynn are they appearing as witnesses? That would violate Attorney client priveledge. Bizarre.

I’m with you. There is almost nothing they can testify to, that won’t violate the attorney-client privilege. And they are clearly being brought into court to impeach his motion and testimony. This is true banana republic stuff, and Roberts had better put a stop to it fast if he wants any of his waning credibility to survive.
I'm not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure Flynn waived his attorney-client privilege with that firm once he cited their "incompetent counsel" as grounds to withdraw his plea deal.
