It doesn't matter what this idiot judge Sullivan does from here on out. The DOJ has already said the charges have been dropped. Let it go Sully, let it go...

An honest judge would’ve slapped these lawyers down hard a year ago

The federal judge overseeing Michael Flynn’s criminal prosecution has directed the law firm that Flynn fired to reappear as an interested party in the controversial proceeding. On Thursday, that firm complied by filing a notice of appearance.
******************************************
IMHO, that law firm was complicit with the Mueller probe aligned former prosecutors in subornation of perjury and conspiracy to suborn perjury while placing under extreme duress to commit perjury.

Go after THEM judge, they were NOT under duress while Flynn was!

WTF?!

Eric Holder’s law firm wants to jump in on the fun and claim the guilty plea was warranted?!

Since they no longer represent Flynn are they appearing as witnesses? That would violate Attorney client priveledge. Bizarre.

We have no concept of how corrupt and evil Democrats have become.

And what they are capable of.

It doesn't matter what this idiot judge Sullivan does from here on out.

It does matter. This is the absolute nadir in the history of America's judicial system. This has now evolved beyond a malicious prosecution and judicial overreach. This is throwing things at the wall to see what stick PERsecution.

If there WERE justice in America, then Sullivan would be disbarred, impeached, and sued so hard they'd confiscate his gold fillings.

This is all preposterous. Judge Sullivan is going to prove Flynn was guilty, damn it!

But the issue before him is DOJ dropping the case, it’s not perjury, ineffective counsel, contempt of court.

If these former attorneys now appear and act contrary to Flynn’s interests, that’s improper.

I’ll take a shot at this one: the judge wants to be able to examine Covington’s lawyers under oath to try to refute General Flynn’s claims of ineffective assistance of counsel which were made by Sidney Powell in her motion to repudiate the guilty plea. That’s why he’s made them a party. A clever way to get around General Flynn’s right to client-attorney confidentiality.

He wants to build a record that Covington was not ineffective so that he has a fig leaf to cover his denial of Ms. Powell’s motion.

This is Deep State protecting itself above all else. Sullivan is like a Bush family member - Deep State when push comes to shove.

Makes me wonder whom is giving him orders and why. He’s clearly showing a bias so recusal should be required.

This is quite astonishing really. It looks awful. It’s one thing to be an activist judge about an oil pipeline and alike, it’s another when you’re trying to take somebody’s liberty away. Somebody should pay this man a ‘visit’.

Never trust a lawyer, not even your own.

There are reasons people have to fire their legal counsel from time to time.

Lawyers work “deals” and sometimes that mean screwing some clients to get favor in other cases.

But never trust a lawyer, not even your own.

Why would they be “Interested parties”.

Is the biased judge grasping at straws?
Do the fired lawyers pay depend on Flynn going to prison?
What interest do they have at this point?

Someone correct me if I am wrong but I thought I read that the Senate Intel Committee offered Flynn immunity for his testimony but his lawyers refused without consulting him.
