Me neither.
...and I respect people in uniform, but I do not believe people should get man-handled or accosted by employee/civilians just because they call themselves ‘security’. ... but I didn’t look to see how this went down. Perhaps those being charged here were indeed the aggressors, but I always question it.

Might be a good opportunity for a pro bono case if the facts and law support the idea.

I am. Regardless of how silly the rules might be, it’s their store. If you don’t like the rules, don’t shop there. The same goes for folks who complain about Walmart’s checking of receipts. If you think that’s intrusive, don’t shop there. Go somewhere else. Or shop online at Amazon.

There's no love lost between me and Target, but I do believe they have the right to set rules for entry into their stores.
