Two men who allegedly refused to wear masks inside a Target store in California are facing felony battery charges after a fight that left an employee security guard with a broken arm, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The suspects were not wearing face coverings when they entered the store's Van Nuys location on May 1, and were confronted by store employees, police said in a statement released on Monday. They were being escorted out of the store when the fight broke out, police said in a statement released on Monday.

Since the gods in black dresses already decreed it and the hypocritical homofascist government in Colorado already declared it, the deal is done.

If you have a legal case to pursue, do it. Or amend the Constitution to block the Supremacist Court gods.

I totally agree, but the snowflakes will be cowering in darkness for months.

Wish there was audio. Guessing the employee said something that prompted the customer to turn around and fight him. Not saying it is right but it seems pretty sudden.

Masks are pretty much useless except for virtue signaling.

So after all these years we find out that Dr. Ben Casey and Dr. James Kildare wearing masks were just a big farce?

In a surgical suite with sterile technique, gowns/gloves/regulated hospital laundered clothing and single use masks they may add to the clean environment. None of those things are present in your average grocery store.

Target needs to put a sign on the door: No Shirt, no Shoes, no Mask, no Service.

It's NOT the government's job to set this rule - it's the job of stores to protect the people who work there ... AND the people who shop there and the one's who want to shop there IF they feel safe.

Except it’s been shown the greatest danger of spread is from those in the assymptomaitc phase of infection.

So you CANT KNOW if you are infected.

Father store can insist you wear shoes and a shirt they can insist you wear a mask.
Don’t want to? Shop someplace else.

“Healthy people wearing masks doesn’t work in real life.”

How do you know that everyone without a mask is healthy?”

You missed the point. Masks won’t prevent you from getting covid. And if you already have it, well...it’s kinda too late lol.

"How do you know that everyone without a mask is healthy?" I don't. Point is, as a healthy person, wearing a mask will not reduce the chances of me catching covid. It's fake, B's, virtue signalling, and stupid to require healthy people to wear them. From the article I inked: "Masks and respirators do not work. There have been extensive randomized controlled trial (RCT) studies, and meta-analysis reviews of RCT studies, which all show that masks and respirators do not work to prevent respiratory influenza-like illnesses, or respiratory illnesses believed to be transmitted by droplets and aerosol particles. Furthermore, the relevant known physics and biology, which I review, are such that masks and respirators should not work. It would be a paradox if masks and respirators worked, given what we know about viral respiratory diseases: The main transmission path is long-residence-time aerosol particles (< 2.5 μm), which are too fine to be blocked, and the minimum-infective-dose is smaller than one aerosol particle. The present paper about masks illustrates the degree to which governments, the mainstream media, and institutional propagandists can decide to operate in a science vacuum, or select only incomplete science that serves their interests. Such recklessness is also certainly the case with the current global lockdown of over 1 billion people, an unprecedented experiment in medical and political history."

I’m practicing that now. OK with me. My problem is with the Control Freaks in governments dictating the wearing of masks, which is pointless. I guess the sheep are fine with it. I’m not.

From the first sentences of the study I posted, "Abstract":

"Masks and respirators do not work. RCT = Randomized Clinical Trials. Studies of actual infected people, whether they infect mask wearing or non-mask wearing people. Results: No difference.

https://www.researchgate.net/publication/340570735_Masks_Don't_Work_A_review_of_science_relevant_to_COVID-19_social_policy

It's an amazing compendium of many, many studies, all showing the same thing, over 30 years. And there are zero, none, zip, nada RCT's with actual sick people showing healthy people wearing masks reduce their odds of infection.

I guess that irritates the Fauci fluffers, but freedom lovers should know we're being fooled again, and be pissed at their governments for insisting healthy people wear useless masks. Virtue Signalling, PC nonsense.

What about people who think they are healthy because they feel no symptoms. Do they throw caution to the wind? Being asymptomatic does not mean you’re off the hook. One could be like the historic Typhoid Mary. I bet if Typhoid Mary had known what she had, all those people wouldn’t have died.

“What about people who think they are healthy because they feel no symptoms. Do they throw caution to the wind?”

It should be left up to the individual to wear a mask or not. Control Freaks wanting to impose on my freedom with “what about...?” hypotheticals can kiss my a$$. It’s not up to me to disprove every possible “what about...?” case. Play that manipulative game with someone else. It’s up to YOU to prove people wearing masks out and about in public will save a ton of lives. If you can’t prove it, pound sand and leave us Freedom Lovers alone.

At least we can’t see the dirty looks the virtue signalling mask wearers have pasted on their face, under their idiotic masks.

Good day.
