These sorts of shoes will be dropping soon in neighborhoods near you. Small business with loans need revenue to pay their creditors monthly. Not to mention mortgages and/or rent. Soon ... very soon ... many of them will be forced to declare bankruptcy. Many won't reopen ever.

They shut down all the businesses but allowed the banks to keep collecting checks. Inevitable that businesses would and will be ruined by this.
