I fear the dismissal of the Case against the President’s ally, Flynn, at the President’s urging is just Step One of the dismantling of the rule of law in this country.
Step Two may be the arrest and prosecution of the President’s enemies.
Then we are simply an autocracy.

The MSM and the Democrats with their “Russian Collusion” nonsense and their impeachment fiasco have shielded Obama from culpability in his plot to rig a Presidential election and then prevent a duly elected President from exercising his office. Obama is a criminal. Unless there is real justice, Obama and his cohorts will remain free and grinning. What is more, they will do it again. There must be indictments, arrests, trials, open testimony, convictions and punishment. Otherwise the American republic is in real danger.

The courts gave us Miranda and it is now time for the courts or congress to modify the 1001 statute in a similar fashion.
This charge was intended to apply to a deliberate lie about a material fact in a legitimate investigation.
This modification would be in line with Miranda - i.e. - the person is warned that 1) there is an investigation and 2) if you lie to investigators it is a felony and 3) the interview will be recorded
What could Turley possible know about Con Law? Doesn’t he know that obama actually teleprompted Con Law a couple of times at a university?
