Thank you. I’m new to taking supplements and have been wondering when it’s best to take them. I’ve been taking Emergen C when I get up and then some zinc right before breakfast.
I’ll wait until after breakfast for the zinc now. I have some vitamin D on the way so when should I take that?

i cant answer that but i can tell you be sure to take k2 with it or make sure you get it through your food

I'd suggest to take D in split doses within the day instead of all at once. Interesting video Dr. John Campbell on Vitamin D and immunity.
