I tried medium doses of D3, Zinc and NAC a couple weeks ago. I had started C a month earlier. Then a week ago Friday I woke up with the worst nausea and high blood pressure. I discontinued all the supplements on Monday and the misery went away by Wednesday. I’m not sure if I caught a GI bug or the supplements were doing that, but it sure was nasty. It seems nausea is a not uncommon side-effect with those supplements.
What brand of tonic water do you drink?
I break my zinc tablet in half, and take it every other day or every two days.
Same here - A,B,C, & D, with zinc, and tonic water. Colloidal silver occasionally also.
