i cant answer that but i can tell you be sure to take k2 with it or make sure you get it through your food
Especially if taken on an empty stomach. I learned that the hard way.
I was taking the supplements with my BP and cholesterol meds at bedtime, between 10 PM and 11:15 PM. Probably the exact wrong time to take them.
I spread mine out throughout the day so it doesnt bombard my liver.
I take the things that should go together...like D and K2
A and Zinc

**Note both medicines and dietary supplements are listed.
You may want to read more about C at the vitamincfoundation.org.
I promise I will have a look at it with an open mind. Truly.
NAC?
shorthand. you are a dr, right? i dont know the technical name...but it’s known as NAC
I posted to you a few weeks ago about my experience (the conjunctivis/illness). The day that I woke up & couldn't breathe (or stay conscious for that matter), I took 5000 mg of Vit C (actually Emergen-C which also contains Zinc & Alka selzer ingredients. The next day the breathlessness was gone; continued taking 3-4000 mg for a few days after. Not sure that it means anything...but putting it out there.
thanks...I wondered about the Alka seltzer part her treatment.
no, not a doctor.....lol
I believe you will, when your schedule slows down from warpspeed. The cardiovascular component is real and a growing problem. I am wondering how many corona viruses attach at ACE2 receptors. Sars did. Polio does not. But then polio is not a corona virus.
N-Acetyl Cysteine. It’s a glutathione precursor.

Studies have shown that MORINGA also has the ability to boost glutathione activity in our body. Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant which has been shown to protect our body from free radical damage.

I have one thing I have learned and one thing I think will come out of this
Allopathic physicians like me suck at nutrition and vitamins. We got like an hour lecture in four years of medical school. I have spent some time learning about it.
I think coming out of this we will have a much different understanding of viral treatment and i foresee the golden age of virology.
Post Corvid
I would dearly love to be post corvid!
