Somebody should spray it with a garden hose, see what happens. My guess is it is being monitored from somewhere, just like a Drone.

In a typical US city, I don’t think something like that would last a day without being vandalized or stolen.
All elements of the future total surveillance state are coming together. Apps to track you. Cameras to watch where you go, where you are. No cash. What your food choices are. When it turns malevolent as John foresaw, it will come down to making a choice between aquiescent cowardice or being stripped of your rights, your means of sustenance and income. And finally your life. The warning is there. The sheeple are hell bent on going off the cliff though
