After taking benadryl and prednisone for more than six weeks to simply manage symptoms that never went away, after one week on this regimen my symptoms improved dramatically...by three weeks they had essentially disappeared. I have stayed on this regimen, varying amounts slightly at times according to my contact with substances to which I have a known sensitivity, for a little over a year. During that time I have only had to use my inhaler a handful of times (after having to use it multiple times per day) and have only had one mild outbreak of hives. This supplement, and it in combination with the others I am taking, seems to have brought my inflammatory response under control. Rather than just medicating my symptoms, it seems to have addressed the root immune-response issue. As with all supplements, the effects are not instantaneous and you will need to stick to the regimen in order to tell if it is having the desired effect.

My dog has arthritis and I give him Cosequin and heard about Black Cumin Seed Oil and gave that to him also, it made a big difference and fairly quickly also. Not only did it help the pain but his hair laid down and is much silkier than it was. However, it doesn’t work for everyone. I tried this on another dog that had arthritis and it didn’t do anything for her but I am very happy with the results at least for one of my dogs.
