well heck..after all of that...is L-glutathione better than glutathione with no L or are they really just the same thing
A lot of them on Amazon don't have the L
I am not even sure if I should take it but I am going to have it on hand just in case. I dont want to be at home after ER refused to test me only to crash in the middle of the night!

Based on an assumption, glutathione may be produced by a process that creates a racemic mixture of D and L. The L glutatione has been further purified to eliminate the D. OR they’ve found a process that only produces the L.
The L is likely the most bioactive (only bioactive) form.
