From what you HEARD? Have you not seen the video? He clearly charged the son and was struggling to take the shotgun from the son for who knows what purpose This is by no means a clear cut case.

According to the video, he ran about 20 feet, right at the person holding a firearm and then attempted to disarm that person. That behavior seemed extremely odd. If I were unarmed and out for an innocent jog and someone pulled up giving me commands and or telling me I was under citizens arrest, the last thing I wold do it run at them and try to disarm them.
