The first time I saw Rosenstein testify before Congress, I said to myself: “He comes across as a bad guy here.”

Then I thought about it some more and I said to myself: “If I was a GOOD guy and I was testifying there, I’d probably say the exact same things he’s saying.”

I have to admit that I am totally mystified by Rosenstein.
