Yeah I liked MacArthur Park, and Eli’s Coming was entertaining too.
MF stands out but I have to give the crown to Miles.
Whenever I hear a reference to the song, or hear it played, it reminds me of college band days. We all hated the song, but our band leader insisted on playing it at every game. We finally decided that it was on the radio the first time he had sex, and it was a fond memory for him.
I still hate it to this day for that reason.
Now, Chuck Mangione's "Bellavia", that's a different story. A modern day version of "Bolero", if you saw the movie!
