In reading the DoJ filing to dismiss the Flynn case, I am struck by the following:

1) Certain DoJ officials, like Sally Yates, come across not looking too bad here ... supposedly pushed back on Comey and McCabe and were shocked when the dirty cops continued their illicit pursuit of Flynn and refusal to appropriately brief the President-elect.

2) As Deputy A.G., Yates was Comey's direct boss!

3) THEREFORE:
I deduce that Comey was taking orders from above Yates. Presumably direct from OBAMA.
