If your health is otherwise good, the disease, covid, if you get it, might not be as bad as you would think since you already are used to lower blood oxygen issues. You could probably tolerate lower o2 absorption levels caused by the virus with just a little o2 support and perhaps a unit of blood. Someone like me with a good robust red cell count would have quite a bit of a crash with covid since I would not have lived long periods of time with low red counts and low po2 counts and then having much higher levels of damaged and exposed heme molecules that act like a suffocating poison in the body then you would have contended with.

God has us carry crosses but it is surprising sometimes how he makes our burdens lite and how things compensate even for those who have weaker frames.

Still, I don’t know all the troubles you’ve lived with and if I have spoken glibly and out of turn concerning your personal life, I ask your forgiveness.

given the supposed HIV inserts which some say is not true....the HIV part of this is interesting

Prevalence of CCR5delta32 in Northeastern Iran

This study was the first investigation for an assessment of the prevalence of CCR5∆32 in northeastern Iran. The low prevalence of CCR5∆32 allele in the Iranian population may result in the increased susceptibility to HIV-1. In addition, this prevalence is the same as that of reported in East Asia, while is lower than that in the Europeans.

. The CCR5-delta 32 mutation in a sense locks "the door" which prevents HIV from entering into the cell. 1% of people descended from Northern Europeans, particularly Swedes, are immune to HIV infection. https://www.nature.com/scitable/blog/viruses101/hiv_resistant_mutation/
