Mutant strain of coronavirus that makes it more infectious has 'dominated' the US and Europe - and vaccines in development may NOT work against it, study suggests I was wondering if something like this may have occurred and is the reason California has been spared what New York is enduring.

Look at Indiana numbers who got it versus California.
Btw, Indiana doesnt rely on public transportation. Chicago does..dont know what strain they have but they are hit hard
