At last word, Judge Sullivan had ordered Flynn counsel Sidney Powell to stop filing exculpatory evidence newly produced by the government in the case until she had it all in hand. Is it possible Judge Sullivan has seen enough?
We now learn from Catherine Herridges tweet (below) that Judge Sullivan has ordered the government to respond to Generals Flynns pending motion to dismiss the case on account of egregious government misconduct by May 11, and Flynn to file his reply by May 18. Expedited briefing is also ordered on Flynns sealed motion to file document under seal. Whatever is happening in the case, it is picking up speed.

That’s my take, as well. Judge Sullivan has seen so much evidence of prosecutorial misconduct, he doesn’t need more to dismiss the case.
IF you file a motion to be heard, and the judge immediately starts asking questions of the responding party, you have won.

I cannot devine what the Judge intends. I can only read what he wrote. Since he did so in a Minute Order, I don’t think that he was inviting a debate.
Flynn will never be sentenced. This is a contest between the judge and the DOJ...toss it or withdraw it. Each wants the other side to make their move..
She wont - in the nature of things, its impossible. But if she really needs something that should exist, she can just say so, cant she?
