At last word, Judge Sullivan had ordered Flynn counsel Sidney Powell to stop filing exculpatory evidence newly produced by the government in the case until she had it all in hand. Is it possible Judge Sullivan has seen enough?
We now learn from Catherine Herridge’s tweet (below) that Judge Sullivan has ordered the government to respond to General’s Flynn’s pending motion to dismiss the case on account of egregious government misconduct by May 11, and Flynn to file his reply by May 18. Expedited briefing is also ordered on Flynn’s sealed motion to file document under seal. Whatever is happening in the case, it is picking up speed.

How the HELL will Sidney KNOW when she has ALL the exculpatory evidence??? Judge Sullivan is a DIRTY DEMOCRAT!

It could just mean Sullivan wants her to stop filing exculpatory evidence.
I have heard that Covington is whinning about the unreasonable burden of complying with the law and the order of the Judge. Too much expensive and too much work. Poor babies. I think that they have already figured out that this time they can’t just send a bill to Flynn like they became accustomed to do.
She’s stalling. Hopes to delay this for another year

Then, the swamp is playing it perfectly! Delayed delayed drip drip documents until Sullivan gets tired and decides to rule on the case and the most damaging evidence will probably be given to Flynn’s lawyer after the judgment ! By then it’s too late!! These people are so effing evil evil evil! They come from the pit of hell it’s self...demons! Piece of advice..I told everyone who was already prematurely uncorking the bubbly celebrating last week’s damaging new evidence to hold off ..YOU CANNOT CELEBRATE anything coming out of the demon hill called D.C. courts until the fat lady sings and she ain’t singing yet!!
Thats the way I am reading it. Nothing this blind a$$, biased, judge has done has to do with protecting the rights of the accused.

Dear Judge Sullivan: If Sidney Powell had been given all the exculpatory evidence at once by the government, she would have filed it all together. Since she’s been getting it piece meal because of the delay tactics the government has been playing, that’s the way she’s been filing it with the court. If she waited for the government to provide all of the evidence in its possession, she, you, and General Flynn would be dead, and it would be a moot point.
Or, it could mean what it says in simple English: "until she had it all in hand".
