Streaming audio issue

OK, any techies out there able to help me out? Problem: when I stream online music from any given online radio station, my stream drops everytime I raise the volume either from my phone or bluetooth speaker.

Anyone have an answer as to why this happens?

So last question, 4G mobile data or a Wifi connection and is it through Verizon or another carrier?
