Streaming audio issue

OK, any techies out there able to help me out? Problem: when I stream online music from any given online radio station, my stream drops everytime I raise the volume either from my phone or bluetooth speaker.

Anyone have an answer as to why this happens?

Likely driver issue. Check to see if you have a restore point and go back.

If not, you’ll have to narrow down a conflict or update the appropriate driver (my bet).

By platform I was wondering if you are using Google Play, Spotify, iHeart Radio, iTtunes, Pandora , that sort of thing?

I would try streaming from TunedIn app and experiment with the buffer size option. If you still have exact problem then I would update the audio drivers.

try it again with both the phone and speaker plugged in. If that works then do it with the phone unplugged, then reversed. If it corrects the issue one of your devices is likely having a battery issue.
