Sweden takes in more immigrants, particularly “refugees,” than these other Scandinavian countries.
Perhaps they have come to realize that they have taken in too many and their attempt at herd immunity is to cull part of the herd.
Perhaps many in Sweden would say that they are indeed winning, but winning a different game altogether.
That’s an interesting possibility!
