It’s obvious that Biden is out. The Democrats are focused on who their real Presidential nominee is going to be. They need Stacy Abrams to get off the stage, so to speak. The Democrats want to focus the talk on Hillary, or Michelle, or someone who is the actual hand-picked Presidential nominee. They are fully pivoting toward THAT conversation.

Plus, she doesn't want to actually do the hard work she'd need to do to campaign and pretend to run the country.
