In our area, we are not mandated to wear masks. My personal choice, from doing reading/research & from a comfort level, is not to wear one, but that’s a choice people need to make for themselves, unless there’s a mandate in place.

That being said, if you want to wear one or need to, or know people who need masks, here is a link to some crochet masks. Also, there is a pattern for “ear savers” - they connect to the loops that go behind the ears & then use the back of the head as the “pressure point”, thus saving sore ears. These ear savers are very much in demand & would make a nice gift, even in non-pandemic times, for those who wear masks regularly.
